To cancel a reservation, simply navigate to the "My Reservations" section in the app and tap on the reservation you wish to cancel. Then select the "Cancel Reservation" button and confirm your choice. Please note that some merchants may have specific cancellation policies which are displayed before you make the reservation.

If a merchant refuses to enter your code, first ensure that they are an active participant in our program. You can verify this in the app. If they are indeed a partner, politely show them your valid offer and explain that it's part of the Bogo partnership program. If issues persist, please contact our support team through the app and provide details of the incident for immediate assistance.

To reactivate an offer, go to your "Activity History" in the app and find the expired or previously used offer. If the offer is eligible for reactivation, there will be a "Reactivate" button next to it. Some offers may require additional XP points to reactivate, while others might have a cooldown period before they can be used again. Premium members enjoy shorter cooldown periods.

The Bogo app requires an internet connection to access most features including browsing and activating offers. However, some previously activated offers can be viewed offline. For the best experience, we recommend using the app with a stable internet connection to ensure you have access to the latest offers and your updated XP balance.
